Starlight Exhibitions provide custom modular and portable exhibition solutions. We require the details listed above in order to provide you with a quote or design solution for our product and services. Quotes and services are provided to those visitors who have expressed an interest in receiving a proposal using the data that we have been provided with through our website. We do not gather any other information that would not be necessary in order to provide a quote for an exhibition stand design and/or services.

Starlight Exhibitions takes appropriate security measures to protect your personal data in line with our policies. We do not allow your personal data to be used for marketing purposes without consent. Your personal data is only used for the specified purpose of providing a quote for exhibition services.

At Starlight Exhibitions, securing your personal data is extremely important to us and take a range of measures to protect your data. We use a range of security technologies and processes on our systems which actively monitor emerging cyber threats on a 24 x 7 basis.

We also ask for permission to add visitors to our e-mail newsletter subscription list on our company website contact us pages. Those e-mails newsletters will notify of products, services, competitions and/or promotional offers relating to Starlight Exhibitions that may be of interest to you. Having up to date marketing preferences and to communicate with you in this way is part of being GDPR compliant. All subscribers will remain on our e-mail newsletter subscriber lists until we receive notification that they would like to be removed or they unsubscribe themselves. All e-mail newsletters circulated will have the facility to unsubscribe in the footer of the newsletter so rest assured if you want to unsubscribe at any point in time, your wishes can be carried out easily and promptly.

Purchased business to business data is only purchased from GDPR compliant suppliers and any email correspondence to these lists will always provide an option to ‘unsubscribe’. The information sent to these lists will only be business-related marketing information to the marketing decision-makers within these organisations.

How can I access my data?

If you want to get a copy of your personal data we hold simply e-mail cstafford@starlightexhibitions.co.uk with the subject title “Data Request”. There is no fee involved in this request.

If your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive we reserve the right to refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances. We may need to verify your identity if we have reasonable doubts as to who you are. This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
